| A true sophomore, Matt Moore (6-4, 185) has the strongest arm of the Bruin QB's, and will compete through Fall Camp with Drew Olson for the starting nod. Moore started the 2002 as a redshirt, but was pulled from his redshirt season after injuries to Cory Paus and Olson. He started against Stanford and was the first true freshman since Tom Ramsey in 1979 to win his first start. On the season, Moore was 33-for-62 for 412 yards and 2 touchdowns. |
