2003: Duff will be Mr. Everything for ND
once again. He will be on the watch list
for several year-end awards including All
American. Great cover corner, but he will
hit you as well. Named to Street & Smith's
preseason All-America first-team and named
to preseason watch list for the Thorpe Award.
2002: Vontez had a great year and there was
magic when he touched the ball, returning
an interception, punt and kickoff for
touchdowns. Broke up 7 psses and played a
team high in 347:53 minutes. Named 3rd team
All-American.
2001: Stared 8 games and played all eleven.
Had 3 INTS, 6 PBU and returned a kickoff for a TD.
2000: Played in eleven games as a freshman.
One pass broken up and one interception.
High School: Rated 12th on The Sporting
News list of top 101. Played basketball and
track. Ran a 10.5 100M and long-jumped 23 feet
