Signed with Washington State in February 2004 but failed to qualify academically and is currently starring for Dixie State College of Utah. Earned All-American honors from the National Junior College Athletic Association his freshman season.
Concluded a remarkable three-year varsity prep career by leading Ballard to the Class 4A title game. Finished senior year with 2,127 rushing yards. Named first-team KingCo 4A offense and defense, and first-team RB on the Seattle Times' all-classifications All-State team. As a sophomore in 2001 he burst onto the scene and earned all-Metro League honors. As a junior, with Ballard moving up to the Kingco 4A loop, he galloped for 1,168 yards to take the league rushing title and again earn all-league plaudits. Also a standout in basketball and track. Clocked in the 100 meters at 11.4 seconds and the 40 in 4.35. |
