| Biography: |
| Earned first team all-league honors at receiver and was named Carlsbad's team MVP as a senior. Vandenkolk was named the USA Today Top Performer and North County Times Athlete of the Week the week of 11/2/2007 after he hauled in 16 receptions for 197 yards and two TDs. Both parents are Washington State alums. Also a star in the classroom, he earned the Scholar Athlete Award the past three years and was named to the San Diego Union-Tribune All Academic Team and National Honor Roll. |
