A big hitter with a motor that never stops, Frampton received the team Ironman Award in 2004, and then followed it up with a standout performance throughout '05 spring drills. Named by DBs coach Ken Greene in fall camp as early leading candidate to start on opening day at safety. Finishing with 24 tackles last season, he had at least one tackle in every game last season, seeing backup duty in the secondary and was a regular on special teams. Career high 5 tackles against USC, with four against Arizona

Despite missing five games with a broken collarbone, still racked up 30 tackles in five games for San Jose's Oak Grove High on the way to being named to the Western 100 by The Tacoma News Tribune. As a junior, rushed for 17 TDs and was an all league pick |
