PAUL WULFF		By BRAULIO PEREZ Cougfan.com Correspondent Date: Aug 25, 2009 PULLMAN -- After Monday off, the Cougars returned to Martin Stadium for practice this afternoon and when it was all said and done, Paul Wulff said it was one of the most disappointing practices he’s had with the Cougs. Two key cogs returned to the fold, however, we take a closer look at the CB depth chart and could the Cougs go back to the days of two QB's, a la Clete Casper and Ricky Turner?
