CHIMA NWACHUKWU		By JIM MOORE Special to Cougfan.com Date: Aug 3, 2009 WE'RE LESS THAN a week away until the Cougars hold their first fall practice, and I hate to say it, but if I’m being completely honest, I can’t remember the last time I was having this much trouble getting fired up for a Washington State football season. WSU should be better, that I know. They can’t be worse, I know that too.
