WILLIAM PRESCOTT		By the staff of Cougfan.com Date: Jul 22, 2009 OFFENSIVE TACKLE William Prescott, originally set to grayshirt and enroll at Washington State in January, will now report for fall camp on scholarship, head coach Paul Wulff tells CF.C. Prescott, a freshman from Riverside, Calif., has bulked up significantly since winter and said he's chomping at the bit to start knocking heads.
