Four delay enrollment w/ 15 in, 2 vets depart

		By the staff of Cougfan.com Date: Jul 12, 2009 FIFTEEN OF THE 23-member 2009 Cougar signing class are already on campus, enrolled and participating in the Cougs' voluntary summer workouts. Four others in the class will either delay enrollment and enroll at WSU in January or go the junior college route this fall. Meanwhile, two Cougar veterans are no longer with the team.
