Millard has 'amazing' visit to WSU

The 6-2, 185-pound strong safety prospect came onto the crimson radar late in the recruiting season after his tape arrived. As to his visit to the Palouse, it was two enthusiastic thumbs up. "That place is amazing, and I mean amazing," said the Pleasanton, Calif. standout.
