KEVIN LOPINA		By LUKE HALLOWELL Cougfan.com Correspondent Date: Oct 15, 2008 PULLMAN -- Kevin Lopina, fresh from limbering his back in the training room hot tub, hit the Cougar practice field Tuesday and came away afterward with a message of hope for coaches and fans. “I felt fresh,” said the junior quarterback who is ticketed to make his third career start on Saturday when WSU plays USC. “My legs, my arm and my back felt good today. It's a good start. It feels good.”
