ONE RECRUITING SELLING point for Washington State football coaches is the strength and conditioning program. Indeed, Rob Oviatt, the school's director of physical development, is one of only three active strength coaches in the USA Strength & Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame. That's a fact not lost on one Cougar recruiting target who recently received a WSU offer.
