PULLMAN -- After four years on the sidelines, Gary Rogers is eager to make his first start at quarterback for Washington State. Rogers just hopes the Cougars have a healthy receiver or two left to catch his passes as Washington State lost their second starting receiver in as many days Thursday to injury. Late Thursday evening, there was a medical update issued.
