RECRUITING NEVER STOPS and even though the kickoff to Washington State's fall camp is now less than eight weeks away, it could be that the Cougs aren't finished with the 2008 class just yet. But from the lay of the land, they'll likely have to outbattle a Pac-10 foe if they are to sign the hoss they just recently offered.
