His prep coach, who stepped up to the mic this weekend after Clements quarterbacked La Harbra to passing tournament wins over, among others, Mater Dei and USC quarterback verbal Max Wittek, sure seems to think so..

Clements and La Habra High won the Huntington Beach Edison passing tournament this weekend.

Speaking on his senior-to-be quarterback, who went crimson late Thursday, Clements' prep coach had this to say..

"Clements threw fantastic. Those colleges who were border line on him missed out. He can make all the throws," said Frank Mazzotta.
