Cougs offer yet another Floridian

HE'S SAID TO be one of the best tacklers in central Florida, but was still looking for his first college offer. That's changed, as Washington State offers yet another prospect from the state of Florida.

WSU clearly has some connections down in Florida, as evidenced by their seven offers to prospects in the Sunshine State. Among them, the Cougs became the first to offer Spencer Waseem, a 5-10, 170-pound corner who wraps up, hits hard and runs well according to the local press.
