Cougs offer Texas S/RB

WASHINGTON STATE'S BREAD and butter in the recruiting world will always be California and the Pacific Northwest but the ancillary areas also play a key role, and they're defined by the ties the Cougar coaches have to other regions of the country. Special teams/running backs coach Dave Ungerer has built strong ties in Texas over his coaching career, and WSU recently offered a Dallas-area safety.
