THE 2003 CLASS of football recruits has barely been wrapped up, but Bill Doba and Rick Neuheisel are already sizing up who's who for the 2004 recruiting season. And so are we. While it's all speculation now, one thing is certain: The crop of prospects in the state of Washington looks to be deeper and more talented at almost every position than the 2003 group.
