Cougs eye some Grade-A Hawaiian prime

WASHINGTON STATE UNDER Paul Wulff has refocused on Hawaii as a recruiting ground. One of the '09 class crimson targets from The Islands rates four stars and is the No. 23 rated offensive tackle prospect in the nation. And he's built just the way Paul Wulff likes his o-line recruits -- long and lean with room to pack on the beef, and with athleticism coming out of his shoes.

Micah Hatchie (6-5, 290) has nine offers including six from the Pac-10 -- Washington State, Arizona, Cal, Oregon, Stanford and Washington. Official visits and a decision are likely to come after his football season but Hatchie, from Waialua High on the island of Oahu, says the Cougs are "probably" in line for one of his five official visits...
