A comfortable 60-41 win over Idaho State on Tuesday night also meant Tony Bennett had 13 Cougars log minutes and one of those, making his Washington State debut, was center Fabian Boeke. NOTABLE NOTES:
  • Freshman DeAngelo Casto had a career high eight rebounds.

  • WSU improved to 5-1 over Idaho State all time and have won the last three meetings.

  • The Cougars allowed fewer than 20 points in a half for the sixth time all season. WSU has allowed 15 or fewer points in four halves this season.

  • Klay Thompson's 14 points in the first half is a first-half career high. He has scored in double figures in four first halves this season. For the second-straight game, Thompson scored all his points in the first half.

  • Five or more freshmen have appeared in each of the Cougars' five home games. Against ISU, eight first-year players saw action in the game.

  • Sophomore center Fabian Boeke made his first appearance as a Cougar.

  • Redshirt freshman Charlie Enquist logged career-highs with six points and three rebounds.

  • WSU held the Bengals without a field goal for 12:04 in the second half, from the 18:50 mark until 6:46 left. ISU connected on 4-of-6 free throws during the stretch as WSU went on a 23-4 run.

  • The Cougs' largest lead of the game was 32.
