THE FIRST SUMMER CAMP held at Washington State under Paul Wulff looks better and better by the day. The Cougars on Saturday landed their fourth known verbal commitment in the class of 2009 -- and the third pledge from a participant at their June camp. The newest member of the Cougar family is a 3-star prospect who spent his four days out on the Palouse blowing by people coming off the edge.
