MOST OF THE time when Washington State offers an accomplished soccer player, the recruit in question is a kicker. Not this time. One of the performers who was at Washington State's summer football camp has earned his first Pac-10 offer because of his speed. Indeed, at a combine earlier in the spring, the wide receiver prospect out of the South Puget Sound League clocked a 4.39 in the 40.
