Four WSU games early picks for TV

FOUR WASHINGTON STATE football games, including the Aug. 30 season opener against Oklahoma State, have been selected for national or regional broadcast on FSN, WSU announced Monday.

The four early selections:

Aug. 30 Cougar Gridiron Classic vs. Oklahoma State, FSN, 12:30 p.m. kickoff.

Sept. 13 at Baylor, on FSN (9:30 am Pacific Time)

Oct. 18 WSU-USC game in Pullman, on FSN (12:30 p.m. start)

Nov. 22 Apple Cup against Washington in Pullman, on FSN (noon start)

Both ABC and FSN will select additional games during the course of the 2008 season, with announcements made six or 12 days in advance of the games.

Season tickets, along with tickets for the Aug. 30 Cougar Gridiron Classic versus Oklahoma Sate at Qwest Field, are currently on sale. Tickets are available online at www.wsucougars.com, by phone at 1-800-GO-COUGS, or through all Ticketmaster outlets.
