FUTURE WASHINGTON STATE Cougar Marcus Capers has been selected to play for Team Florida next month in the inaugural Florida vs. USA All-Star Game featuring some of the finest high school senior basketballers in the nation. For Capers, a 6-5 swingman who signed a national letter of intent with WSU in November, it's just one of three interesting developments of late.
