PULLMAN -- The Cougar offense racked up five touchdowns in the first scrimmage of the spring, the Washington State defense returned a fumble 68 yards, there was a brouhaha between a pair of defensive and offensive combatants, and that's just for starters. Quarterback Gary Rogers was 9-of-13 for 147 yards and two TD passes. Combined with
