THE WESTERN PART of the state of Washington recently endured 27 straight days of rain but over on the Palouse, it's raining defensive ends. A pair of California sack masters have given their verbal commitments to Washington State. Ansley Clevil had thought he'd wait until later this week but turned out today was d-day for the LA-area standout as he joined fellow d-end Preston Brooks in becoming a Cougar.
