RECRUITING: Changes at the top for So'oto

FOUR-STAR PROSPECT <b>Vic So'oto</b> had Washington State and BYU tied at the top a few weeks ago. Oh, how things can change. There are now three schools in the lead for the Carlsbad, Calif., tight end. Are the Cougs still one of them? Another school in the Pac-10 is also making a late charge.
