SOMETIMES, THINGS COME together quickly in recruiting. Defensive line prospect Feaomoengalu Tapa (6-3, 275) out of Sacramento held offers from Arizona and Hawaii a week ago. But then Washington State offered in recent days, his prep coach tells, and there were two big reasons Tapa didn't wait long at all before going crimson.
