WITH WSU AND Oregon State tied 24-24 near the end of the third quarter in front of a raucous Dad's Weekend home crowd, I had little doubt the Cougars would pull off a victory. But Washington State let a huge opportunity slip through their fingers Saturday against Oregon State. And it was completely preventable.
