Spring Depth Chart out for the Cougs

THE OFFICIAL DEPTH CHART for Washington State this spring is out. The chart figures to be fluid as position battles and competition heat up but among the early notable notes, Bobby Ratliff is the No. 1 "Y" receiver, Rico Forbes and Matt Goetz man the starting right side of the o-line and Damante Horton sits atop the chart at one of the corner spots.
