COUGS DO IT AGAIN! THIS TIME TAKING DOWN USC

ALL EYES ON MOTUM SATURDAY

WASHINGTON STATE's seemingly snake bit Cougs are suddenly the kings of Los Angeles -- and truly on fire heading into next week's Pac-12 Tournament. On Saturday against USC, just as they did Wednesday against UCLA, the Cougars came out on fire and never stopped. This time the result was a 76-51 victory in front on a modest but appreciative Senior Day crowd in Pullman.

Brock Motum scorched the Trojans for 31 points on 11-of-22 shooting from the field, and pulled down 10 rebounds. It was his second-consecutive double-double, and he moved bY Mark Hendrickson into fifth place on WSU's all-time scoring list.

Junior Royce Woolridge was no slouch himself, scoring 25, grabbing 7 rebounds and dishing 3 assists.

The Cougs will now play the Huskies on Wednesday in the first round of the Pac-12 tourney in Las Vegas. Tip off at 8:30 pm.

STAYED TUNED AS CF.C WILL BE BACK WITH COMPLETE COVERAGE FROM PULLMAN A BIT LATER.

LADD SHOWING NO ILL EFFECTS OF KNEE INJURY.
