Amarillo DB Meander flips from WSU to Texas

Montrel Meander out of Palo Duro High texted CF.C moments ago that he was changing his commitment from Washington State to closer-to-home Texas. Texas offered Meander as a WR. The 6-3 190-pound Meander took an official visit to Washington State on Jan. 18 and committed to the Cougs during his visit. He was being recruited by the Cougs at safety.
