LEACH: 'Hell no, they're not tough'

MIKE LEACH

NEW STORY -- LEACH: Hell no, they're not tough MIKE LEACH MADE it about seven minutes into his Monday press conference before he let fly. The question wasn't asked directly but that didn't stop the head coach at Washington State, clearly dismayed by the wide receiver play on Saturday. "Hell no, they're not tough," said Leach at one point, referring to the wideouts.

Later, Mike Leach allowed that Brett Bartolone has done some good things in recent weeks, and did so again on Saturday.

But he wasn't coming off his central point.

"How do you drop four balls? Because if your hands weren't in the way they would have hit you in the face," said Leach.
