FUTURE COUGAR Tyler Bruggman plans on bringing savvy, a strong arm and great field vision to the Palouse when he arrives next summer. But this weekend, the four-star QB will bring a childhood friend on an official visit to Pullman – one who just so happens to be a three- star athlete with a WSU offer who could line up on either offense or defense for the Cougs.
