FOR THE SECOND consecutive week St. Louis receiver Brandon Gibson found the end zone. His 34-yard TD reception from Sam Bradford helped the Rams take down the Washington Redskins, 31-28, on Sunday.

It appeared Gibson scored earlier in the contest, but the call that his feet weren’t down in the back of the end zone was not challenged by Rams coach Jeff Fisher.

Here’s how the NFL Cougs performed in week two:

Erik Coleman, S, Detroit, 9th season: The Spokane native posted five solo tackles in the Lions’ 27-19 loss to San Francisco.

Jed Collins, FB, New Orleans, 4th season :No stats from the Saints’ 35-27 fall to Carolina.

Brandon Gibson, WR, St. Louis, 4th season: The Puyallup native caught two passes for 53 yards and one touchdown in the Rams’ 31-28 win against the RG3skins.

Jason Hanson, K, Detroit, 21st season: The Spokane native connected on four of 5 field goal attempts (long of 48 yards) and one extra-point try in the Lions’ loss to the 49ers. His one miss came on a 40-yard attempt that bounced off the right upright.

Jerome Harrison, RB, Detroit, 7th season: Did not play; officially listed on the Lions’ reserve/non-football injury list.

Chris Ivory, RB, New Orleans, 3rd season :Did not play; declared inactive for the Saints’ loss to the Panthers.

Rian Lindell, K, Buffalo, 13th season:The Vancouver, Wash. native was perfect on five extra-point attempts in the Bills’ 35-17 victory against Kansas City.
