BREAKING: Top 100 LB goes crimson


TO SAY KACHE PALACIO enjoyed his trip to Washington State is an understatement. And after taking some time to think about it and discuss with his family, the Top 100 linebacker prospect took less than 24 hours to eschew an offer and visit to UCLA to go crimson.

"I really liked being there -- I didn't want to leave," said Kache Palacio, out of Gardena, Calif. "I committed to Washington State, and I'm ready to play right now!" Palacio, rated three stars by, figures to line up in the Cougs' 3-4 defense at outside linebacker, he said. "We talked about me just getting down and dirty and coming in to blitz.
