California safety will visit WSU

DEVIAN SHELTON IS a hot commodity. The 6-2, 180-pound safety from Inglewood, Calif., is sitting on four Pac-12 offers including one from Washington State. And he is definitely intrigued by the Cougars and Mike Leach.
