AH, THE SOCIAL network. Chris Blackwell, a rising Orlando-area cornerback prospect being recruited by Washington State, was said to have committed to the Cougars. That was immediately followed by an explosion on the message boards by close watchers of the Wazzu recruiting scene. But did he commit, or didn't he?
